In each region, we have customer service managers for our Italian villas who will help you get acquainted with the area and provide assistance during your stay. They will help you hit the ground running. You will find the villa prepared for you, with a comprehensive guide on things to do, what's available throughout the week, special events—boat trips, festivals, and the like—as well as a few local secrets that you won’t find in any guidebook. You may also request, prior to arrival, a starter pack of groceries, transfers, pre-bookings or any other service. We’ll do our best to exceed your expectations.
